Hello and welcome! I’m Carol Moser and my company is Synergy Fuel Coaching and Consulting, LLC.
As a coach, consultant and facilitator, I specialize in working with financial advisors and attorneys. My primary objective in working with my clients is to optimize individual and team performance, improve productivity, increase profitability, and enhance life/work balance.
All engagements are customized to the needs of my clients – while incorporating proven programs and processes that I developed as a result of my prior experience.
Prior to starting my own coaching and consulting business, I was a 23-year veteran of the financial services industry. The last 17 of those 23 years were with a Fortune 100 recognized company where I created, developed and managed a highly successful financial advisor teams program. I also focused on training and development in the areas of private wealth management, sales, and sales management.
I’ve coached, facilitated training, and consulted with thousands of financial advisors during the various stages of their careers. The majority of those collaborations have focused on initial team formation, compensation negotiation, role and responsibility identification, intra-team dynamics, new business development, sales, practice management, and succession planning.
When I embarked on my entrepreneurial adventure as a coach and consultant, I quickly learned that my skill set crossed industry boundaries. As a result, I have also had the privilege to work with attorneys on practice management, leadership, marketing, and business development.
Others who have benefited from my services include executives in manufacturing, human resource professionals, and independent sales professionals.
My past experience further includes development and administration of firm-wide continuing education programs. I’ve created and delivered branch manager and new financial advisor training programs – and provided coaching to both of these groups long before coaching was fashionable.
As an experienced facilitator, I’ve conducted numerous training programs including High Performance Selling Skills, Integrity Selling™, the SIA’s Professional Conduct Program, the GO! System, and Get Clients Now! My own customized workshops for financial advisor business plan development and attorney marketing development have helped hundreds of professionals improve performance, productivity, and profitability.
My professional certifications include: Certified Professional Behaviors Analyst, Certified Professional Values Analyst, and Certified TriMetrix System Analyst. I’m also a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant, certified Get Clients Now facilitator, and a certified GO! System facilitator. I’ve held Series 7, 63 and 9-10 licenses. Utilizing my Level 1 and 2 CTT (Culture Transformation Tools) certifications we can identify significant issues within a team or organization — and propose solutions for improvement. My most recent certifications in EQ-i2.0 and EQi360 provide emotional intelligence diagnostics that can position leaders to advance their skill set in one of the most impactful areas of leadership.
I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Carroll University. I’m a graduate of Coach U and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
